In Aion you are a winged Elyos or Asmodian, sworn enemy races, exploring a world of breathtaking beauty ripped asunder by a celestial war. The Elyos are the more human/angelic of the races. Living in the sun bathed lower world of Ateria. While the Asmodians are more beastial. Living in the cold harsh uper world of Ateria. They have grown claws and manes to adapt to their harsh climate. Though these 2 factions are at war with one another they are also both at war with a common enemy, the dragonlike Balaur!
